Very attentive, informative and seen expert in delivering the medications. Everyone has been very friendly and caring. After a while the menu is a bit difficult to pick from!

Clinical & nursing care generally v.good.
Quality & timing of food poor. Not necessarily what I want or when I want it (8.30 too late for breakfast; 5.30 too early for dinner). Food often dry or poorly prepared.
